How to Get Rid of Bruises

A bruise is a red or purplish mark that forms when a blow breaks blood vessels near your skin's surface. Bruise also called contusions or hematomas. When this occurs, bruises often induce pain, blood from the ruptured capillaries (small blood vessels) near the skin's surface escapes by leaking out under the skin. Sometimes bruises can be serious, leading to other more life-threatening.

Types of bruises

Depending on the location, bruises are classified into:
Subcutaneous ( beneath the skin )
Intramuscular ( within the belly of the underlying muscle )
Periosteal ( bone bruise )
Bruises can last from days to months, with the bone bruise being the most severe and painful.

Causes of Bruises

People typically get bruises when they bump into something or when something bumps into them.
People who exercise vigorously.
Bruises in elderly people frequently occur.
Allergies or lupus.
As a blood thinner can cause easy bruising.
Blood clotting can lead to easy bruising.
Fall down.
Injury accidents.

Abnormal function of platelets

How to Get Rid of Bruises Fast

1. Butter treat minor bruises and burns.

2. Paste an ice pack  directly into the skin, it can speed up the healing process.

3. Use arnica gel or Vitamin K cream directly on the affected area.

4. Mix vinegar with some warm water on the affected area, it can  help with healing.

5. If the bruise is on an arm or leg, wrap them in an elastic bandage.

6. Heat after cooling brings more circulation to the area and helps to clear away the pooled blood.

7. Apply melted chocolate directly to the wound and wrap it in gauze overnight, the next morning remove the bandage and clean it.

8. Mashed of parsley leaves and apply to the bruise.
